Insygna Named a 2026 TIARA Awards US Finalist for The Enterprise Tech Solution Award

Insygna Named a 2026 TIARA Finalist

Insygna is a 2026 TIARA Finalist

Insygna gives HR, Procurement, and Finance the infrastructure to onboard, credential, govern, and control the cost of AI agents as an extended workforce

AI agents are becoming an extended workforce in practice, even if they are not [yet] workers in law.”
— Michael Beygelman, Cofounder and CEO, Insygna
MERRIMACK, NH, UNITED STATES, September 11, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Insygna, the Agentic Workforce Management™ platform, today shared that it has been named a finalist for The Enterprise Tech Solution Award at the 2026 TIARA Talent Acquisition & Talent Tech Awards US, one of four solutions shortlisted in the category.

Run by TALiNT Partners, the TIARA Awards recognize excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth across talent acquisition and talent technology, and are judged by a panel of in-house talent leaders, advisers, and senior industry executives. The Enterprise Tech Solution Award recognizes a provider that enables large employers and recruitment businesses to improve how they acquire, develop, and manage talent. Winners will be announced on November 5 at a black-tie gala dinner and awards ceremony in Atlanta.

Enterprises spent two decades building the systems to source, credential, and account for contingent workers, and AI agents are now arriving inside those same organizations without any frameworks to manage them as an extended workforce. Agents get hired by engineering teams, embedded in vendor contracts, and deployed across business functions, while the people asked to explain that work afterward sit in HR, Procurement, and Finance. Gartner projects the average global Fortune 500 enterprise will have more than 150,000 agents in use by 2028, up from fewer than 15 in 2025, while only 13 percent of organizations believe they have the right governance in place.

Insygna gives those teams the same visibility, accountability, and control over AI agents that they already exercise over employees, contractors, and vendors. Agents are onboarded and credentialed with a defined scope of authorization, and their work is logged and reported in business terms rather than system telemetry. Rate cards, spend caps, and budget ceilings put the cost of agent work under the same controls that govern any other line of workforce spend.

“We have been building on the view that managing AI agents ends up with operations rather than the IT team that developed and deployed them,” said Michael Beygelman, Cofounder and CEO of Insygna. “This is a new workforce category and being named a finalist by the people who hire, credential, and account for workers tells us we are building the right product for the right problem.”
